１．Application

Please provide the following information upon application:

・Name of the contracting party (If applying on behalf of someone else, please provide your name and state that you are the agent)

・Planned occupancy period

・Planned occupancy period

・Number of planned occupants

２．Filling out the Application Form

If occupancy is possible for your desired period, we will provide you with an application form; please complete all fields.

Please fill it out accurately, as it is required for preparing necessary contract documents.

Submission of the completed application form confirms your reservation, so please submit it promptly.

３．Exchange of Contract Documents

After preparing the complete set of contract documents, we will proceed with the contract process.

This may involve explaining the terms, and will be handled either at our office or online.

４．Payment

An invoice will be provided along with the complete set of contract documents; please make the payment promptly.

Payment methods are bank transfer or cash payment at our office.

Note: If payment cannot be confirmed within one week after the invoice is sent, the reservation may be cancelled.

５．Key Collection and Move-in

The key will be handed over at Kashiwa Furano on the contract start date.

If the move-in date falls on a non-business day, we will arrange key handover via a key box or other mutually agreed-upon method.

６．Key Return and Move-out

On the contract end date, the contracting party (tenant), Kashiwa Furano, and Hokuryo will conduct an on-site inspection.

If the move-out date falls on a non-business day, we will arrange key return via a key box or other mutually agreed-upon method.

７．Settlement of Deposits

The Garbage Disposal Deposit and Cleaning Fee Deposit collected at the time of contract will be settled, and any refundable balance will be returned.

If the garbage disposal costs exceed the stipulated amount, or if cleaning beyond standard requirements is necessary, additional charges will be requested.

Furthermore, if any items are left behind in the room, or if there is damage to the indoor facilities or furnishings, we may charge disposal or repair fees.
